We want you to be completely satisfied with your storage solution; if your wine rack doesn't perfectly fit your cellar or decor, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully disassemble the rack if necessary and pack all components in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Send

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
